Description: 25 year old Schabak Silver Wings Collectors Model 1:600 scale PEOPLExpress B747-200. Made in Germany in 1999. This model is a limited edition of no more than 2,000 models and comes boxed, with stand, and a numbered certificate similar to the one in the photos. If you are not familiar with 1:600 scale this model is 4 inches long. Unfortunately they were all produced with decals that did not exactly fit and as you can see from the photos the window line is not level, they all have a slight curve in the middle. Still, a great model of a long extinct airline. These models are long since out of production and are great for desk top or use in an airport diorama.
