Description: One of the rarest Hardy Bros Lightweight series a Green Princess 3 1/2 made in 1953 named after Princess Anne, only made until 1957 when changed to the grey colour hence the rarity of this reel. The reel is in good condition, although as often has happened with these limited edition reels, the green coating has been worn away from many parts of the reel due to frequent use. The reel is still an investment collectable due to its scarcity. It's made with a reversible check mechanism allowing left or right hand retrieve, ribbed brass foot, and a knurled brass tensioner on the rim. A real collectors reel.
