Description: Vintage Savinelli Octavia 438 Briar Pipe c1970-80’s Paneled Zulu, No Longer Produced, Cumberland Stem, Great Shape! —— About This Pipe: **Dimensions and stats are further below the description. Here is a rare Sav I’ve been saving in my own collection and finally letting it go. This line is out of production for decades and I only see a couple pop up annually in various iterations. The stem is hand cut as well (though the mark is worn off now, but always a nice feature imo.) It is a beauty too. Very cool and unique rustication that resembles a beaten copper pot and stained to match that as well with a smooth rim top, white band and Cumberland stem with brick red and black colors resembling wood. It accepts a 6mm filter as well. The pipe has an 8-Sided bowl giving the name, and 6-sided shank and stem. Pipe is in great condition and very clean inside and out. Stem is beautiful and de-oxidized, seats very nicely with good airflow. Chamber is clean and no burnout. No damage to the pipe and it’s well cleaned inside and out. The drilling is dead center and at the bottom. Savinelli is probably my favorite brand for its consistency. I always get great smokers from them and have more than a few in my regular rotation and recently bought another for myself as I wanted a bent billiard. Once I’ve shipped your package, I have NO control on delays. I almost always will ship the same or next business day. I put within 1-3 business days as sometimes on busier weeks, I’ll need an extra day to properly pack everything. I’ve never had an item arrive damaged. In most cases, I have a poly bag on top to make it rain resistant and a bit more secure. The exception is if the package is larger than standard. I don’t profit off of the shipping fee.
