Description: This soft black 2-layered ruffled petticoat is marked size Small on the Sam's tag and is adjustable from 25-27 inches long. The elastic waist is velcro adjustable and stretches from 19-28 inches. It is 100% nylon. It comes from a smoke free home and is in excellent condition. This crinoline petticoat is perfect for your longer prairie style skirts and dresses to make them fuller. We’re selling our entire square-dance wardrobe of over 50 outfits and all accessories over the next few weeks.
