Description: This is a magazine back issue, Vol. 11 of Sampler & Antique Needlework Quarterly magazine. I do not find a date on it, but the copyright date for the magazine is 1992 so I believe this issue would be prior to 1995. These are wonderful magazines, filled with historical information about samplers and other types of needlework and needlework tools. There are also a number of sampler patterns included in each issue. This issue contains the fifth part of a five-part series by Darlene O'Steen called "A Sampling of Stitches: Past to Present" and with all five parts, you can stitch a large sampler. The second copy of the magazine still has the protective paper cover on it from mailing. There is some minor wear, including small corner bends to the lower right corners of the pages. I obtained these magazines at an estate sale. I am sure it was read by the original owner, and I read it as well, but it does not appear to have been used to stitch any of the designs. All pages are intact and overall, the magazine is in very good condition.
