Description: SABENA - Boeing 747 - Belgian World Airlines advertising poster This advertising poster dates to the early/mid 1970s and used to hang in the departures lounge of Brussels Airport. It was salvaged by an employee at the airport following the demise of SABENA in 2001. Belgian tax stamp in bottom left hand corner of the poster. The image on the poster shows a Boeing 747-100 'Jumbo Jet' flying over the city of New York. The scene of NYC is pre 1973 as the skyline does not feature the World Trade Center buildings. The poster measures 62" x 23" and is printed on fibreboard. It is in good original condition with age related wear.
