Description: This relatively uncommon cover(pretty clean; w shortened envelope w/ back flap that's 90% intact, but with a tear in it caused when the mail was first opened) was sent from Ryuzan, Korea(then occupied by the Japanese), to Nagano Prefecture, Japan, on February 17, 1939! The green, 4-Sen Japanese definitive is in very fine condition! The CDS from the Ryuzan P.O. is superb! Noted imperfections aside, this remains a nifty piece of Korean and Japanese postal history!
