The painting is protected with layers of clear lacquer. Signed by the artist.Dimensions (inches): 4 1/2" x 3 1/2" x 1 1/5" **Note:- Specs of white, and reflections on box, are due to lacquer. The small town of Palekh well known today as a center of lacquer miniature painting in Russia.
