Description: This is a Russian Bronze Olympic Medal created for the 1980’s Moscow Olympics. It measures 1 cm in height x 2 cm in length x 2 cm in depth. This is bronze medal showing a torch bearer on the obverse, Moscow architecture and four lines on the reverse together with an inscription referring to Trade Unions Sports Club for the development of sports M.V. Lomonosov University (MSU). It was issued by the Lomonosov State University. The a980’s Olympics were boycotted because of the Soviet Russian invasion of Afghanistan. It is in excellent condition.
