They equipped it with the more powerful Gnome-Rhone 14N radial engines and added a Hispano 20 mm cannon and three 7.92 mm Browning machine guns. Three variants were built in Yugoslavia. The first being the Do 17Kb-1 bomber aircraft and the second was the Do 17Ka-2 reconnaissance aircraft.
