Description: Hand Painted Rossetti Red and Gold Teacup and Saucer Classic collectible teacup and saucer in a striking dark purple, burgundy red with a central floral design. The gilding work on both the cup and saucer is a highly detailed neoclassical filigree pattern with a central bouquet of flowers. They are in very good condition for the age, with no chips or cracks, normal shelf wear on the base of the saucer. There is some wear commensurate with age; a few dots of gold are worn on the pattern though it is difficult to see. Sizes: Teacup: 2 ¼” high, 3 5/8” wide. Saucer 5 5/8” wide. Please see all photos.
