Great care is taken in packing fragile items, using bubble wrap, tape, peanuts and even double boxing if necessary. This adds to the weight and dimensions of the final shipment, but we both want your purchases to arrive safely! I often use clean recycled materials for packing that will not harm your items. This reduces shipping costs and keeps usable material out of the landfill. Please be sure you are ok with this prior to bidding. Returns You must contact me before initiating any returns. Full returns can only be accepted if the item has been clearly misrepresented as described or the wrong item was mistakenly sent. The photos constitute part of the description. Keep in mind the color of items may vary due to lighting conditions. Insurance may be included in the shipping charge to cover damages up to $100. In the event of damage, you need to inspect the item, report the damage within 24 hours and save all shipping materials. If you have changed your mind and want to return the item, you will pay to insure it and ship it back. Returns must be in the same condition they were originally in my photographs. Upon receiving the item back in that same condition, (with tags if they had them) I will refund you the cost of the item, minus any shipping and fees.
