Description: This system is in good condition and guaranteed to work. We had it running in our lab until recently when we upgraded to a Thermo QuantStudio. Please see the pictures of the run data. That is from real samples with SYBR Green run a few weeks ago. We only use SYBR Green in our assays, so I cannot say how this machine functions with ROX or TaqMan fluorophores. This system includes the 96 well block. A laptop is included running Windows 7 and the LightCycler software already installed. It also includes the installation CDs, ethernet cable, manual and power cords. The item is located in Pasadena CA. It will need to be shipped by freight.
