Description: Silver Plate Own Candlesticks Jacksons Antique are pleased to offer this pair of English Silver Plated Owl Candlesticks by Robert and Belk. The tulip head candle cups with bobeche inserts, raised aloft on coiled snakes held in the beaks of owls. The owls cast with detailed plumage and having inset amber glass eyes, perched upon domed bases with moulded borders embellished with chain. Hallmarked Robert and Belk, Sheffield, EP for electro plate and the Robert and Belk trademark logo. Dated to circa 1890-1910. Condition Very Good, some very small factory cast cracks around the bases Please be aware all the items we sell are not new.
