Note: There is very minor overall wear to the cover and back page. This does not take away from the display appearance of the magazine but felt it should be noted. The magazine has no label and has never had one. O'Neill signed the magazine boldly in blue and added "Never Forget". Note: O'Neill usually adds the inscription "Never Quit". On this item, he felt like writing "Never Forget" making this unique. The magazine will come with a hologram from PSA In-The-Presence registration number 3C46402. Note: As of October 2023, PSA will no longer be issuing a matching paper certificate of authenticity for items in their transition to become paperless.
