Description: This pack is made with rice, and cotton fabric. Microwave on high for 2 minutes then place on stomach for monthly cramps/ sprangs or shoulders for headaches. Please see pictures for measurements. The bag is stitched in sections so that the rice doesn’t slide to one side. These are great for leaving in the freezer so that you won’t need to use ice.
