All Numbers Matching/correct details original. Even the Coil Assembly is the correct 2 wire version. Correct factory hand set with the original hour and minute hands... and a popular add on... the factory made Tuning Fork Emblem Sweep Second Hand... with gorgeous paint and crispy luminous... not repop. Gorgeous and Correct factory crystal installed... not repop. Correct case and Chapter Ring (now with a gorgeous warm "patina" tannish glow) with the original, now crispy, luminous... not repop. The Pillar Plate date is numbers matching M6 (1966) silver tone original USA factory movement Caliber 214. Note the "10-6" (Nov. 1966) date ink stamp inside the case back. The only watch that MUST be in every Watch Lovers collection! It's a HUMMER! This was completely disassembled and deep cleaned. Friction points oiled and the setting crown mechanism has been greased per Bulova Spec's. Phased to run on the modern/long lasting/inexpensive 1.55v 387S battery... no need for diodes or "purple dollops."No reason to reduce the value of these classics by altering the electronics.This tests and times beautifully and within spec. No need to alter and stress the electronics on this beauty... thereby devaluing it!Why "coat" the Coils... adding stress and trapping the windings and limiting expansion/contraction movement?70% of the Coil issues are on the Battery side (due to owners using incorrect batteries back in the day)... NOT the Component side! Stop wasting time over-bidding Frankensteined FAKES, when you can have the genuine article. If you want to nearly guarantee that you buy a Fakeview...look for the Chop Shops in CA, GA, VA, FL, IL, Seattle, Bulgaria and the UK (now PA is in the mix... and even stating that the aftermarket parts he installs are "correct!" or "genuine Clark!!!"). :(They spit them out, by the dozens every month, to unsuspecting buyers for profit... thereby ruining classic collectible watches by the thousands.Why buy junk? Why feed the destructive beast? I use the Mobius products that were specified by Bulova and I install new gaskets.I work on these the Old School way. I am not a Part Time Hobbyist doing this after my day job... and I see no reason to alter these... it only decreases their value.The goal is to get these right... so that we can enjoy and preserve these Historic works of Horology/Engineering/Art.
