The new o-rings are not the same size as my original o-rings.O-rings can be exposed to many environmental factors such as high heat that may affect the size or shape of your original o-rings. There is no guarantee that replacing your o-rings will fix your leak. There may be other underlying reasons your hose reel is leaking. The leak may be from the supply hose (short hose that connects hose reel to the spigot). Please contact Suncast to troubleshoot further. (support.suncast.com) When will I get my items?
