This was purchased brand new and immediately opened to remove and re-purpose the internal circuitry and has never been used otherwise. This is perfect for replacing a worn out or broken remote case.Includes only what is seen in the photo -- outer case (front and back) and key-ring. A few words about shipping costs: Shipping costs may seem a bit high for this item, after all - if you're only buying one case, the shipping costs more than the case. I apologize for the shipping cost, but I have no control over that. It has to ship via USPS Ground Advantage service, and I use a padded mailer to protect it in transit. Shipping costs are calculated by eBay based on your location. We do not have any control over the rates calculated by eBay, and do not profit from these costs. Any way you look at it, even if only buying 1 case, it's still a much cheaper alternative to buying a replacement remote at around $30 if all you need is a new case.
