This costume was part of our costume rental department. She was extremely popular and has some wear after 25 years. There are two small areas on the brocade panel that have pulled from the seam that would be easily stitched back. There are also two crushed velvet spots on the right side of the panel that I have no explanation for what happened at that party (see pictures). However, the dress has an extremely full skirt of heavy velvet that hangs in folds that makes it almost disappear. She rented multiple times after her accident.
