It is made of Polyester, a heavy weight. It is black with green trim. This dress has a stand up collar, buttons and trim down the front, the long sleeves have a poofy velvet upper half with bands, a peplum skirt around the middle with elastic in the back and a back zipper. It is marked a women's size Large. PLEASE CHECK THE MEASUREMENTS. Shoulders: 16", Armpit to Armpit: 22", Waist: 18", Sleeve Length (from Shoulder): 27", Length at the Back: 53".
