Description: I believe this is a vintage scarf. The hem is edged with stitching as shown in my second photo. Red poppies are scattered across a navy blue and white striped background. The tag has been removed so I am unsure of the fabric but it feels like a satiny polyester. It is in very good condition. It has washed and stored in a smoke-free pet-free environment.
