This is a 24volt kit, if you would like it to be a 36v kit and overvolt the rambler 12 then send a message with the order and directly after and ill swap it but it will only work in 36v if you do a 36v kit. No I do not have anything for the rambler 16 its a brushless motor. Below is the item number for a speed reducer you can ad "to my kit" to control/limit the top speed if needed for beginners..The reducer will not work with the stock style on off controllers. This ad is for the controller and throttle kit for the Rambler 12 to make it 100% variable speed instead of full throttle/off which was not the best idea Razor had.. If your looking to overvolt your rambler then you can purchase our mx350/mx400/e300 36v controller and throttle and charger and it has the same wiring. This is a aftermarket controller and won't lign up to both mounting screws but it fits nicely and comes with zip ties to hold the other side.
