Signed on the backside, Shoop 84, with a 94 Beautiful Top Shelf Condition! There once was a plaque affixed. I believe this was a Presentation Sculpture, and at one point, before sale, the folks removed it. Possibly for personal reasons. We can see a slight ghosting of where it was. On this note, it doesn't take away from the appeal nor workmanship. Surly, if this is in fact a Presentation, it would make it more desirable and rare. You can search the entire internet,and not find an example of this particular sculpture. It's a Real Beauty! Every True Blue American Should Have an Eagle to show their Pride. More so in today's world. __ Wally's work is very desirable, and if you look at auction house records, we'll see his work has been steady in climbing values and desirability.
