Description: For your consideration is this beautiful oversized mid century modern stylized chess set.As you can see the size dwarfs the Noguchi table.Such a dramatic set! Noguchi table NOT INCLUDED.The pieces were turned and carved then painted a great paint scheme and they have mellowed and aged with great patina.The largest pieces are over ten inches tall and the entire board is roughly 34" square.It is in vintage used condition as one would expect from a used set that its over 50 years old. There are some scratches and some minor touch ups over the years. It is not perfect but that is what make it so special.
