This is an even more rare European version as evidenced by the oval shaped insignia on dial with silver wreath encircling silver cross symbol with red background. This version was never released in the US or Canada which gives the watch a little extra desirability. This popular classic is apx 25 years young yet remains in overall very good to excellent shape for it's age as it has seen very little actual wrist time and shows it. Mineral crystal appears mark free. Beautiful Cobalt Blue dial is crisp & clear w/Red 24hr GMT inner dial. Highly polished bezel and case look remarkable with a few, scattered micro scuff marks which are difficult to notice. Caseback also nearly as nice with a few micro hairlines which are hardly worth mentioning. Even the original straps looks very good with just a few light scuffs where it was fastened briefly to buckle and should serve as a testament to the overall direct usage (or lack thereof) to the watch. With all that said, the watch presents extremely well when on the wrist or displayed and is a fantastic classic watch to own that will never go out of style and will attract attention all day long without having to scream and holler. How about those color combo's? This is one of the last & best old school styles from the Officer's 1884 line and will no longer be produced so GET YOURS NOW!! Some specifics: Watch measures apx 1 9/16" or apx 40mm across case excluding crown, crown guards and lugs. Width between the lugs is 19mm.
