See the pictures, the left card is a normal Mike O' Connell card and the right card is a rare error card of Mike O' Connell where the top part from his neck up is missing and the bottom part has a white block with pink/red underneath. I've never seen this error and it's interesting that it's the front of the card only, the back is normal, so this isn't a simple miscut.
