Description: For your consideration is a lovely candy dish produced for a short timeby the Count Thun Factory which originated in the Czech Republic. Thisdouble shield and crown mark was used for a short time. P.H. Leonardwas the New York Importer from 1890-1908. Art Nouveau is the style with heavy gold gilt and purple violets amidstgreenery done in an impressionistic style. It stands 5" tall, 5 1/2" longand 3 1/4" across at it's widest. It narrows by the handle. Conditionis very good. Surprising how intact the gold gilt is for age. No chips orcracks. Very light wear. A lovely addition to any porcelain collection.Please see photos.
