Hoffa had the reputation of working side by side with the mafia with the laundry list of previous charges including; bribery, conspiracy, Jury tampering along with male and wire fraud. Hoffa would be pardoned and released by Nixon with being barred from ever communicating with the Teamsters again. Hoffa disappeared four years later and would never be found or heard of again.
