Lime powder is used by natives with a betel nut mix and chewed to suppress hunger, reduce stress, and heighten senses 10 1/8" tall with wooden stopper 7 7/8" horn vessel 3" hand carved wooden stopper The head of the stopper is a life like detailed man's head - possibly an ancestor - in exotic wood hand carved to firmly fit the hollow of the horn. The horn container is carefully hand etched and carved in intricate traditional geometric patterns that represent animals that are highly admired and prized. Water Buffalo Horn and Bones are not endangered or threatened species.
