I would say she IS one of the CUTEST dolls i've made in a long time- since the ooak custom Monster high craze. The doll has light blonde hair- long long- blue eyes with lashes. She wears a icy blue mermaid outfit. metallic with layers of fancy fin work. in Shades of blue. She has her pet fish- and tons of details. who ever gets her can let her hair loose. Its held with rubber bands- and i did that just to keep her hair neat until she gets to her destination. Atlantis. doll HAS her feet! Nice addition to any of your ooak barbie collections too.
