Description: This 7" diameter x 3.1" porcelain china bowl was salvaged from a sunken wooden small ship 2 miles off the coast of Malaysia near Desaru. It sank in 1840 and was buried in silt until discovery and salvage in 2001. It was manufactured in either Jingdezhen, Dehua or Guangdong prior to 1840. There are no hairline cracks and it is solid and intact.
