Have new mounts and new plastic bushings. Ill have to try and add some sort of extra mass to the bushing area somehow. Not sure if it is the fault of the visor (too small of diameter of metal rod) or the mount hole diameter is too wide, so I do not want to be negative without knowing for sure.
