Proto 2000 HO Scale #920-41051 EMD SD45 Locomotive Santa Fe #5380 w/Sound & DCC!

Description: *This locomotive is like new old stock showing only light signs of use due to some minimal wheel wear. Box with minor outer wear from shelf storage. A couple of the sections where the handrails attach are loose and need to be re-glued on (specifically the left side going up the stairs close to the hood on the way up to the cab). Lots of extra parts included! Please look at all pictures for exact condition. This is usually an easy fix with proper tools/experience. This loco is factory DCC & Tsunami Sound equipped. She even has operational directional lighting from the factory. Tested on 10/22/24 and she runs smooth as silk in both directions. Sounds great too! I did notice a little issue at lower speeds, it seemed to be shorting with anything less than 30% power. Once it was past that threshold, there were no issues. I’m not a DCC expert so I can’t confirm or deny if this is even an issue or if this is perfectly normal. Nonetheless, a rare gem that’s no longer in production and a must for the Santa Fe fan!
