Description: Up for sale is this absolutely wonderful grubby primitive butter churn! Ya'll, this one puts the "P" in PRIMITIVE!!!! This has got to be one of the "make doiest" of wooden butter churns you'll come across! It looks like someone's Grandpa, Great Grandpa, and maybe Great Great Grandpa would have fixed this one and patched it up to keep it going a little bit longer. As you can see it has been well loved, used, and repaired. It has several different bands on it to hold it together. Please check out the great photos for the condition. Sold as is and as pictured. The bands of course are a little loose from the wood drying over the years. Still overall a great piece! It is a nice size measuring about 25" tall overall from the bottom of the churn barrel to the top of the dasher stick.The barrel part itself measures about 17 1/2" tall to the top of the lid.
