Description: This is a lot of 17 books and 30 fold-out sermon outlines (some from the late 1970, but most were from the 80s). The fold-out outline were all in envelopes addressed to their owner. They appeared to have never been taken out of the envelopes. The books overall are in good condition, especially considering its age. I choose to list these as "acceptable," but most of them would probably be "good" or even close to "very" good considering their age, and the fold-outs are in "very good" condition. However, there were some structural issues with the books. Please read details below and see the pictures (I tried to picture the worst of it). There is some wear to the covers of all of the volumes. A few have some significant wear/damage to the covers (see pics). The prior owner used paperclips in several of the volumes, which left behind a mark on the page (see pics.) Vol. 13 has a few spots where the binding is loose, toward the front, which has caused a few pages to come loose, but all the pages appear to be present. Vol. 9, the front cover has come loose, and the binding has a broken point in the middle, where the book basically broke in half, however all the pages appear to be present. Vol. 7 has a spot in the middle of the book where the binding is a tad loose and a few pages have come loose, but all pages appear to be present. Vol. 5 has some weak spots in the binding toward the front of the book, which has caused a few loose pages. Vol. 2 is broken in the middle, which has caused the book to break in half, but all the pages appear to be present. Vol. 1 has a loose spot in the middle of the book where the binding is loose, but the pages are intact. A few of the other volumes not mentioned above had some mild issues like a slightly loose cover. See all pictures for more details about condition. I looked through all the books. The good news is the text appears to be clean. I flipped through each book, and I saw no highlighting, underlining, or any other markings. There were a few occasions where the prior owner put a cross-reference scripture or wrote a date in the margin, but it was a couple times in a couple of volumes.
