Description: This Pre-WW1 1900s Argentine Army M1909 Artillery Short Sword is in good condition overall but shows expected signs of age and service. The blade is well marked; one side is stamped "Weyersberg, Kirschbaum & Cie Solingen," the reverse side is stamped with "MODELO ARGENTINO 1909" as well as with the Argentine crest. A variety of other stamps and markings are present on different parts of this sword, one of which is an Argentine property mark, and they can be seen clearly in the photographs. The blade is clean but does show evidence of handling and use, however no damage from abuse or neglect can be detected. The wood grips are in good condition and show no evidence of rough handling. Please examine the photographs carefully for the best description of condition.
