With some folds (as issuedh). Lacking a small chip of the image in the upper left corner. Added in an old manuscript in the lower left corner "F. v. Mieris del. et sculp." Verso: blank, with traces of former mounting. Dimensions: 349 x 238 mm. Siwart Haverkamp was Preacher, Protestant, Protestant preacher, Preacher in Stad aan 't Haringvliet, Lector at the University of Leiden, Lector in Greek, and Curator of the Latin school in Leiden.
