A defective item is only considered defective if the item does NOT function properly, i.e. game skipping, doesn’t load, won’t save etc. Any item that needs to be returned for defective issues can be done so free of charge to the buyer. A|J Collectibles will cover the cost of the return label. Items that are not defective may not be returned.
