FOOD PRODUCTS AND PORCELAIN DO NOT WORK IN THESE MOLDS. These molds are handmade for you and are not perfect. An occasional air bubble will be in some. But, we always inspect the faces and bodies, so you will get a good doll out of each mold. This auction is a buy it now item of a press mold for polymer clay of a 4 3/4" BOY ELF. He has lots of detail in his hands, has a sweet little smiley face. His feet are pointed elf shoes. It is a two part press mold made of Hydrostone and made to last for years if you don't drop it. No instructions come with some of my molds. But I do show how to use some of my molds on my website on the molds, tutorial and free pattern pages. Polymer clay is different with every brand and batch that is made. Sometimes the figure refuses to release from the press mold all in one piece. My advice is: Dip the entire mold into cold water for one minute to wet it completely. Remove from the water. Press your doll into the wet mold. Leave the doll inside the unopened mold and put it in the freezer for about 10 minutes. Remove the mold from the freezer, carefully open the mold and remove your doll but DO NOT try to change he pose for an hour. Let him thaw out so he does not crack when you bend him.
