Note the "3". This was issued to Pixar employees prior to the film's release. Never worn, very rare. Given the studio had around 1000 employees give or take there is likely not too many of these hats floating around out there in new unworn condition. From experience I know a lot of employees would wear their crew gifts around the studio.
