PINK Samsonite Black Label Signat Retro 1965 Reissue Tags & Keys HANDLE DAMAGE

Description: Please review photos thoroughly and read description closely before purchase. Item is NEW WITH TAGS and has not been used BUT it does have some DAMAGE on the HANDLE. In addition there’s also some white scuffs on it. Unsure if they can be removed but I was unsure about what was safe to use to clean on it. There was pink plastic coated onto the metal of the handle which has since disintegrated and as such the METAL of the handle is now exposed. May have some of the handle debris in it, I’ve cleaned it out as best I could but it disintegrated into such small pieces I may have missed some. Have seen similar damage on several other cases so must have been a design flaw from factory. Item was closet stored. Non-smoking home. Did my best to show details of this damage in the photos so please review closely. Other than the handle and white scuffs item is in very excellent condition. Scuffs I believe are due to long term storage but item is NEW and unused. Comes complete with both inserts which both still have factory foam in to keep their shape. Also comes with all original paperwork. Keys are still covered in original packaging but does have both keys. Tag is still attached to item as well. Item is very rare and hard to find. To my knowledge it released in the mid-2000’s as part of a reissue of the 1965 design. Pattern inside is beautiful and the outside bright pink is excellent. Again, please review photos carefully as there is DAMAGE to the handle and some white scuffs and review what is included and full condition. Will be wrapped very carefully to ensure safe shipment.
