Description: I have collected antique pottery and glass for over the last 30 years. I am permanently moving overseas and unfortunately; I have to sell my collections. This is a 110-year-old item and does have normal wear and handling marks associated with an item this age. No damage, chips or cracks that I can identify. Some of the gold is fading due to age. About 20 years ago, I spoke with an expert who collected Pickard China. She told me Edward Gibson was one of the first artist who was employed at Pickard. Gibson later left and formed an art school. She also informed me this vase was valued at $400-$500 dollars back in 2000. I know antique values have fallen over the last 20 years. Please inspect photos thoroughly before purchasing. Please use measurements as an estimate as a yard stick was used. Please ask questions. Postage determined by location. Thank you!
