This Unit will cross over an obstacle that is up to 36 wide by 38 inches tall, however the plastic feet do stick out on all sides of the metal structure, so the max space between the feet is approximately 20 inches. This item is engineered and comes with drawings, installation instructions, LEED information and hardware. This unit is manufactured by PHP and is an extra from a large order. This unit has never been installed, however it has been in storage for several years, and has been repalletized the manufacture's warranty is over in January 2025. There is no visible damage to any of the components, and all components have been verified to be present and are included in this sale. These Stairs cost well over $3,500 new, plus a lead time for manufacturing. At the time of this posting, there are Three Units Available, this sale is for only one of them.
