The beautifully-written text is richly illustrated by Scott's own paintings and drawings. The book was published in London in a limited edition of just 750 copies. This is #399, signed and hand-numbered by Scott on the limitation page. This copy lacks the slipcase but is otherwise in quite good shape. The covers show moderate general wear, as seen in the photos. The binding is firm, and the text has only minor signs of age or use, no noteworthy flaws.
