They DO INCLUDE etched brass brake wheels and shafts, grab handles, and complete instructions. DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Item ships via 1st. Class Mail – If shipping approval is received by 11:00 AM (MST), item will ship same day. We will always combine orders to lower the cost of shipping IF you request and wait for an invoice from us.
