Description: Darling 13” size Patsy composition doll by Effanbee from 1930s. She is the more rare sleep eye doll. She wears her original dress and red shoes. Left shoe snap isn’t working. She has sleep eyes that work well. Brown eyes are clear and pretty. Compo is in overall good condition for her age. Some loss of color. See pictures. I have been told that there may be some paint added to her head area. Not visible to me but with black light. Red Dress is darling with slip and built in undies. If you want a Patsy, this is a very nice one!!! A sweetheart.
