A great Chance to get a star player for a reasonable price. All cards are scanned- Front and back. Patrick Ewing- Dominant Center for the 1980's through the 1990's. Great skills and HOF player and coach. 2 X Olympic Champion and member of 1992 "Dream Team". These cards are from my personal collection and part of my plan to reduce my card count. From the little research I have done, it appears that these cards are worth between $1-$5 each. I will start the sell price at a point where both of us win. I am not a professional grader so please look at scans and make your own judgement on condition. As a collector, I hate when the pictures don't accurately show the cards. My PhilosophyUnlike many sellers on eBay, I am just a collector looking to sell my duplicates and cards I no longer want to be able to purchase other cards I want more. I have a full-time job so this is just a hobby of mine. I have been on eBay since 1997 and sold cards for many years until 2003 or so. I found my cards again after raising a family and realize many of the cards would be better loved in a different person’s collection. I hope this provides some level of comfort purchasing from me. I try to price the cards fairly but for the ‘buy it now’ option, I allow offers. Feel free to use this option. I rarely respond without a message to let you understand where my thought process is on value. Please be polite. I am fine with a lower but fair offer but if you are rude, you will likely not receive a response. GradingGrading is very subjective. I try to be conservative and under grade versus over grade. I want you be happy with your purchase and provide my opinion but I am not a professional grader so include several high resolution pictures of the card including corners so you can make an informed decision. Shipping Most cards have shipping costs of $1.99 (those with a value of less than $20.00). This includes postage costing $1.11. This allows up to three ounces to be sent which is required for non-machinable shipments. By mailing your cards in this manner, the cards do not go through the machinery that may damage your cards. In addition to the envelope, I place your card in a penny sleeve and then a top loader. I use painters tape to ensure your card does not come out during shipment. Additionally, I place this into a team bag and then surround this with either more top loaders or cardboard. I then tape your envelope with packaging tape making it difficult for anyone to get into your envelope. Finally, I take the packages to the post office and hand the package(s) to the post office clerk to make sure they are not ran through the post office machinery. For cards that cost more than $20.00, lots or are graded I charge $4.99 and do the following: The card will be sent in a bubble envelope. This includes postage costing $4.44. If the card in non-graded, it is placed in a penny sleeve and then a top loader. Painters tape is used to ensure it does not come out during shipment. I then take the package to the post office and hand it to the postal clerk directly so they can scan it into the system.I realize my costs may seem higher than some auctions you win but I package the cards the way I would want to receive them. I think you will find it is worth it to get your cards in a safe manner. I don’t attempt to make anything from the shipping charge but please understand that there are more costs than just shipping. There are materials as well as travel costs to take to post office to hand them to the postal clerk directly. Combined ShippingI do combined shipping Normally, additional cards you purchase can be added to your shipment at a cost of $.50 per item with a maximum of $5.00. However, if you get multiple lots, I will keep the base price but move these to a bubble mailer and no additional cost to you. International ShippingI haven’t figured out how to price international shipments so limit my sales to United States only. I apologize for this and someday I will attempt to figure out the process for international shipments and the appropriate shipping charges. BiddingPlacing a bid is a contract to pay what you bid on. That being said, if you make a mistake, please notify me and I will work with you to remedy the situation. However, if you bid on an item and do not pay, I will relist the item after the 5 day period has elapsed and you will be blocked from purchasing from me in the future.
