Description: Ex-library. Call numbers on spine. Heavy fading to spine. Two significant scratches, with loss, to spine near toe. Heavy soiling to boards and spine. Chipping to board edges. Residue and scuffing to back boards. Head, toe, corners are bumped and chipped. Cocked spine. Shaken spine. Edges are tanned, soiled, scuffed. Heavy tanning and foxing to pastedowns, flyleaves, end pages. Library markings and ink residue on front pastedown and front flyleaf. Gutter separation at half-title page. It appears that pages 55-58 had been detached from the binding and have been secured with tape that has aged brown. Borrower’s sleeve on back pastedown. Tanning to pages. I didn’t notice any other defects or intrusive markings to the interior pages. Please see photos for more details.
