Description: Here is a nice lot of two fly rods. I have found myself primarily dry fishing with ultra light short rods. For that I really want to pass these along to someone who will get use out of them rather than having them sitting around collecting dust. Please read over the description of the rods. Orvis Clearwater Nymphing Fly Rod - 10ft 3wt This rod is in good condition. It does show light signs of use. There is a spot on the ferrule where some of the finish is chipped away. The ferrules fit snug as intended and it fishes just fine. There is also a few chunks of cork that is messed up from the previous owner using it as a hook keeper. I bought the rod in this condition and have determined that it is a fine rod that should serve someone for many years to come as long as completely mint is not your number one priority. The Rod case is in good condition with light signs of use from storage. Orvis Power Matrix 10 - 9ft 6wt This rod is in very good condition. It may show some light signs of use. The only issue is the wood reel seat is cracked. (See photos) I bought the rod in this condition and this in no way causes any issues other than cosmetic. It can be used just the way it is and this was a fun rod to fish that can really throw a line. This rod comes with a rod sock and rod tube. The tube has significant amount of wear and is ugly. The zipper is also broken completely off so it will not securely close. I have had no problems using it as is and it still serves its purpose. These rods are priced to sell and should serve someone for many years to come.
